As a distributor of quality confections and gum, we are dedicated to providing the best possible products and services to our customers and consumers. At this time, we are unable to sell to directly to consumers or entities that do not carry a tax identification or retail tax license, cannot purchase the minimum required 500 pound qualifying order, and/or do not have a location for unloading commercial shipments from semi-trailers (as our shipments are delivered via semi).   • Delivered with Bill of Lading (invoices are mailed).
  • Farley's & Sathers Candy Company, Inc. will provide updated Price Lists.
• CONDITIONS OF SALE
  • All shortages must be noted at time of delivery.
    • Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
    • No products are available for sale on consignment or guaranteed sale.

• PAYMENT
  • Payment may be mailed with approved credit within 10 days of order placement.
  • Payment for orders may be made in advance.
