Peppermint Mousse

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ cup 1% low fat milk
  • 20 Red Brach's® Star Brites® Peppermints (crushed)
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping thawed

Directions
Whisk sugar, cornstarch & egg in a medium sauce pan. Slowly whisk in milk then mints. Bring to boil gently stirring bottom of pan until mixture boils. Boil 2 minutes. Pour into medium bowl. Cover surface directly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until cold. Fold in topping. Garnish with peppermint.
